Unfortunately, young ones are often too inexperienced to handle stress and anxiety in a positive way. (Proverbs 1:4) watchtower.org/ e/ 20050408/ article_02.htm

Anxiety's a tough one. The only way to fix it is to dive head-first into the things that make you anxious. It won't go away otherwise; in fact, it will probably only get worse over time.

Go talk to a profesional about this. Whether it be a therapist, psychiatrist, psychologist, counselor etc. There is alot of help out there, and these people can tell you ways to cope, or a psychiatrist can perscribe you medicine to help with it. (they are the only ones that could)

Hi - you have absolutely NO need to feel this way, so long as you are able to either tell your parent that you wish to go and see your Doctor, or you are able to lift a telephone and make a Doctor's Appointment yourself. Nothing else can get rid of THIS level of stress and anxiety. The Doctor will have treated many, many people like you before; you have nothing to fear there. You have the right to live a reasonably calm and pleasant life, and the only way to do this, with symptoms THIS dramatic, is to seek professional help and advice. Good luck. ----------------- Go to a Doctor, please. You have no need to suffer like this.
