In order to answer this question, it's important to know any specific reasons you may have for fearing thunder/ lightning. Personally, I find it kind of thrilling. If the power goes out, even better cause then you get to "camp out " in your house with flashlights and order delivery food. I heard about someone who had a few of her friends over at her house- home alone- during a thunder storm, and their power had gone out. They were all just haning out, and the girl how lived there went over to stand in front of a mirror to put her hair up. While she was standing there, the lightning flashed and for that split second she saw a strange reflection... She then convinced her friends to play ding-dong-ditch on her neighbors. But when they rang the bell, the one girl didn't run away from the neighbor's house. As the other girls were yelling at her to come hide with them behind a car, the neighbor opened the door, and the girl standing there told them "Call the police- there's a man in our house. " :D Good luck! |
