Reliable fears information

I have a big question about fears!?
ok, my grandpa has Alzheimer's, and when ever i think of him or my grandma dying, my eyes well up and my chest feels tight, and i think that i just want to keep them next to me at all time's and not let them die, my head spins and i can't think of hardly anything else for a long time, i don't want to die, and i don't want my family to die, because it seems to painful to see them there.....i want to know, what kinda fear this is, and how do i over come it, because i know it's going to happen, but i Always cry and feel like the world is collapsing whenever i think about it....

Can someone help me get rid of fears?
ok im 14 and im scared to go to bathroom its so dark and the switch is almost inside of the bathroom and its embarrassing the thing i was scared is zombies,zombie isnt real but it freak me out when i watch resident evil it didnt scared me but when i play silent hill and saw a zombie with a knife i was like holy s and i cant forget the face of the zombie nurse and every night i'll always remember it, even when i hear some little noise my heart pump really fast and all my mind is that freakin zombie,and sometimes i get somthing made of metal in case of zombie run into me pls give me some good answers to get rid of fear

What ares some fears or thoughts that you might have when you are on your death bed.?
i have watched as many family members died off, and it has made me ponder the meaning of life a lot, and in pondering life, pondering death follows. there are many things that i think may go through my head on my death bed and i was just wondering what other people think might go through their heads when the time comes.

How do i control fear?
i have rational fears of things that could happen and i cant do anything..i dont have depression..please tell me verbal advice ,i dont want medicine or weed
