Who to call for help of phobias (NHS)?
Hey guys, i'm 100 % i have a phobia, and a rather weird one as well, and it is a real annoyance in everyday life and stops me doing things i'd like to. Who should I contact first in terms of getting help? My GP or is their a specific number?
What do you know about Fear Elimination Therapy. I have heard it cures phobias.?
I know it is not E.F.T. and not N.L.P. but need more information.
