I have a LOT of nervous things too, i flutter my eyes and blush and stare at the ground most of the time so its actually pretty similar. haha unfortunately there's not a lot you can do about it except understand that social nervousness is a part of your character. remember that a lot of the times it may even look cute to certain people, to your friends and people that understand you. when you accept it, it becomes a lot easier to be yourself, and you may even find yourself naturally doing these things less out of confidence. just slow down and think about the fact that most people experience this several times in their life, and there's no reason to feel ashamed :] life is touuugh dude! |

Don't be embarrassed. You're O.K. You can learn to be calm but it will take some practice. The more you're around people the more comfortable you will feel. It's like learning any new thing. Are you O.K. with people one-on-one and not in groups? Breathe. Smile. Listen to what the other person is saying. Relax. Tell yourself that you are strong and confident and people like you and that you are O.K. I used to think I had social anxiety too but it turns out I'm just introverted. It's who I am. Good luck! |

I think you are afraid of making mistakes in front of other people. just be more tolerant about yourself and say "sorry " and accept your mistakes rather than trying to be perfect. |
